FAQ

We value you, and want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to by our Customer Service Team.  Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 5pm MST through Sunday evening are responded to on Monday. 

RETURN POLICY:
Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. We are happy to refund or credit for the amount paid by the customer.

SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Although, items generally go out within 24-48 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

stone & lily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered”, stone & lily is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking. 


SIZING GUIDE:
We are a curated boutique brand which means we do not offer a generic sizing guide.  However, in each items product description we note if an item runs oversized etc. If you have additional questions in regard to sizing you are welcome to email us at: stonenlily@gmail.com and we will get back to you  ASAP.


DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
